I tawt i taw a footy poet
while getting off the plane
who wrote enough to fill a book
but when i looked again

he'd sold it to reporters
all in his shirt of green
and then i knew it was no poet
it was that naughty Keane

that naughty naughty footy star
that naughty naughty beast
who left his team so suddenly
without him in the east

hey..i noticed your bit about world cup poems while surfing on my lap top on the flight over...and then suddenly..there he was.. when i got off from LA.He was coming  in from Japan,spooky eh! So i wrote this as an  ode for Ireland..(because a lot of my feathered ancestors are Irish)apparently!
